These sequences will help you improve endurance, balance, flexibility and focus, and also alleviate muscular imbalances and reduce the chances of injury. Sequences incorporate breathing and meditation exercises to increase lung capacity and connect the body and mind in order to create an edge in training and maximize race day performance. Creator Jennifer Alexander is a Certified Yoga Teacher and Triathlete. She has studied yoga since 2000, completed over 700 hours of training at the prestigious Moksha Yoga Chicago, and has finished on the podium for her age group in multiple triathlons. She is passionate about sharing the practice of yoga to help Triathletes achieve their goals - both on the course and in life.
